Certain drs have a decent bedside manner. My kids pediatrician Mrs. Watkins can always make my son calm down when looking in his ears by making bird sounds. I switched from Carthage for both kids to here and they listened to my worries about the kids.
I called today before they closed to try to get my son an appointment bc he gets bronchitis so easy and has early signs of it, this nurse says we csnt schedule advance appointments for sick kids only well visits. like clearly you just didn't wanna open the system and set me up with an appt bc I've set them up like that before
Overall love the doctors , but HATE that they say they open at 8 and I can’t call right at 8 to get my daughter an appointment!
Amazing staff that really take an invested interest in the kids!
