Chikugo-En Nursery is MEDIOCRE In comparison to other bonsai nurseries Chikugo-En's selection is nice and reasonbly priced but very small, parking is bad, & customer service is mediocre, at times rude. I am one who believes that exceptional customer service means treating customers with respect and serving them with enthusiasm.
