Everything was fine. Had a handicapped room. It was very functional. Pet friendly. Good breakfast.
They give us truckers a great rate plenty of truck parking nice big comfortable rooms indoor heated pool and spa friendly atmosphere and great nice people

We were in between houses and the folks at the Chief were MORE than willing to accomodate my family and I. They gave us a great rate on a room. The customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through McCook. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my family the way you did!!!!
Small and kinda ragged out but it was ok. A little expensive for the quality. But we survived!
I am a cdl truck driver for United van lines, a mover, I staid at the chief inn 10-6-2015, I tried to go to sleep around 10 p.m, the people above me were maken a lot of noise, dropping something heavy on the floor, stomping, and tapping on the wall,I called the front desk 4 times between 10 and 3 a.m. when it stopped, I asked to be moved to a different room 2 times the front desk tried to a sure me it would stop, they would contact them, well it didn't it got louder til the people above me passed out around 3, rite before th... read more
Average on all levels, from the breakfast to the rooms. and when they rent out the lobby/pool for family reunions and you call the front the desk to complain about the noise. They do nothing and say "they paid to have their reunion here"
