They don't show up! I had an appointment for them to treat millipedes & they didn't show up or call a week later! Called Bug Buster's & they were here in two days & took care of the problem. I don't like to be stood up. Bye bye Chief!

We developed an ant problem over the weekend, and called Monday morning to schedule. Although they were booked, we were worked in by 4:00pm. TJ, the exterminator who arrived to treat our issue was polite and knowledgeable, and was unbothered by my 12, 9, and 7 year old "professionals" who were smothering him with all the details he needed to get the job done.
