Never had problems only waiting game but that is ok, seeing how busy they are.
I only give this one star because the physicians and pa's that I have encountered have actually been quite competent. Its the support staff - receptionists, cashiers, people answering the phones etc. that have shocked me in their laziness and incompetence! 3 consecutive interactions including telephone (making and canceling appointments) as well as in person for payments have left me speechless with regard to how the situation was handled or more accurately handed off.
