Have the vehicle checked out by another shop before buying. The vehicle we purchased was problem after problem. We had to lose on it just to get rid of it. We told them when we bought it that there was a tire light on. They said they took it to big o tires and that tire just needed air. No they let us drive 6 hours home on tires that were shredded on the inside. So lucky we didn’t have a terrible blow out.
All the salesmen were nice and took care of me when I purchased my first car last Saturday. My only complaint was that I dropped off my new car last Monday after I asked for a detail because the car seats were dirty and dog hair on the carpet. I was told it was not a problem and they would get rid of the hair and shampoo the seats. I went and picked it up the day after they told me it was all cleaned and ready to go. We had a new baby but I still owned my single lady car so I went to Chicos and Carlos helped me with one of so many transitions I was going threw. He was excellent and patient. I highly recommend this place !
Bought a Toyota Camry from Omar, so far an awesome car. The process was easy and simple, hassle free, no pressure. Got an amazing deal, I will definitely be going back to Chico's for my next auto purchase.
We came to Chico this morning and test drive a car and liked it. We sat down with Omar and went over pricing. We were off a couple hundred dollars and had to leave to see a friend in the hospital. My wife and I talked about it and decided a couple hundred dollars isn’t worth walking away from. We came back to finalize the deal a couple hours later and Omar tried to tell me his boss won’t let him sell us the car for the amount he told us we could get it for.
