You asked I call you at your toll free number and didn't leave an extension. Said there were 16 callers ahead of me. I don't have that time to wait! Went to store today and their where at least 4 women working in the small store. NOT ONCE was I offered any assistance or even greeted. They were too busy chatting amost themselves. What happened to customer service?
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service that Karen provided during several shopping trips to this store. Their sales are great too!
