The best soup downtown! Great service for a great price.
The service I just recieved was really poor. Even though there was no one in line, the level of customer service was sub-par. One employee was not familiar with the products they have, and told me to "check for myself", and the other employee was so flat, and rude when I asked if a particular product would be back in stock. No attempt was made to go above and beyond, such as reccomending an alternate product that was in stock.
Rudest barista ever. Had to talk to cashier and others in order to get my drink right, as she REFUSED to speak to me!
