Water shut down happens every 2 weeks, we had to buy water bottles because we did not even had water to drink or cook for several days. There has been hot water shut down for 3 days and there was no option for us to wash up. Even the dish washer is connected with the hot water line so we had to clean all the utensils with cold water in the winter. Nice and clean apartment building with friendly people.
Was there to help a friend move out just moved because needed a bigger place
This place is a hole. Thankfully moved out months ago. The building is incredibly noisy. Neighbours do not pick up their garbage or dog droppings. The property management in that place is horrid and no one ever gets back to you when you have a concern. Garbage left in the hallways from people who just don’t care. Food being thrown off balconies. The outdoor locks for the doors always seem to be broken so the door never fully locks.
