Water shut down happens every 2 weeks, we had to buy water bottles because we did not even had water to drink or cook for several days. There has been hot water shut down for 3 days and there was no option for us to wash up. Even the dish washer is connected with the hot water line so we had to clean all the utensils with cold water in the winter.
