This a a wonderful veterinary clinic. Dr. Chen owns the clinic, it is not bought out by some big corporation like most of the others. We have a dog and cat and have always experienced great care. What I like about Dr. Chen in particular is that I have never found her to push specific products or foods. She always provides as much information as she can, and when she didn't have the answer to a question, she went above and beyond and emailed me later once she had found the answer to my question. Things that stick out about this vet clinic as someone who has been bringing their dog in for 10 years and experienced hard financial times. 1. They are ALWAYS understanding and empathetic. I've never been made to feel as though I was being spoken to in a condesending way and I have always been able to get in right away for a same day visit if something was wrong... even if I was being an overly concerned dog mom about something that ended up being nothing. 2.
