Everything was good as always. Been with this practice for 13years.
Dr. Kyle demonstrates excellence in everything he does, his assistant is professional, informative and pleasant.I enjoyed both of them.I don't understand the billing process. I was told if I brought a check and paid the balance in full I would be given a ten percent discount. According to the itemized bill I received no discount was apparent.
My crown replacement was easy, and comfortable. The staff was amazing.
Donna is a rare gem among RDA's...and believe me I have been to many over the past several years! She did not assume I knew how to wield the magic eletric toothbrush wand...but turned it on and showed me what angle to hold it and for how long ! Even though I had taken Dr Kyle's advice to get one...apparently there is an art to using it properly which Donna demonstrated !
