I had a partial crown put on one of my teeth, and my appointment was yesterday, Monday, January 23rd, at 8:00 a.m. I was really pleased with the service. Dr. Kyle does a great job numbing your mouth when he has to do a procedure. Him and his team really know how to put you at ease when you come in requiring a mouth-numbing procedure! I am glad that Chico Dental Arts has found a way to save my teeth.
My husband and I were new to Chico several years ago and needed a dentist - we were lucky enough to find Chico Dental Arts. I just had a small dental emergency and was worked into their schedule the same day. Dr. Oster and his staff are top notch - including the gals in the office. I appreciate that they thoroughly explain the procedure and give options and costs before the work is done - and always welcome questions. I have never felt that they were in a hurry to get me in and out. Very thorough, friendly and helpful.
The staff is excellent ! The doctor has etiquette problems! Might need to go back to mommy and daddy's to learn manners!
Dr. Kyle and staff are amazing.. They are kind and caring and provided me immediate service when I needed it. They treat you like family.
