They greet you as soon as you walk in, they explain everything as they go. Best place ever!
Quick and easy. Much improved technology. Helpful front desk when it came to insurance questions. My only suggestion is for them to work on better verbage when making confirmation calls so that when one goes to their appointment they could avoid going into the wrong office. Confirmation calls should say 'breast care center' not 'North State Imaging'.
Great staff! But give a girl a blanket �It's a little chilly in the waiting area!

This is a wonderful facility. The staff was great and the two nurses I had were incredible.
So impressed right now. First of all, my mammogram with the new 3D tomography was as painless as that sort of the can be. Second, my insurance is balking at making payment for the new technology, and the billing department at Chico Breast Care Center is taking on the responsibility for ironing everything out. Rare and exceptional customer service, I applaud it!
