For the second time now, Chico Animal Hospital has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me work with CaliCat's aging body. This time, my vet was en route home from Florida and one of my favy gals up front, Denise, texted and called Dr. Prather until she got through. Without me actually going to the vet (just calling them in panic) these ladies worked together to get me a steroid shot, which they then delivered to me outside of business hours on a Friday night. Definitely a 5 star vet hospital/clinic. These vets and vet techs saved my cat's life. He had a skin cancer on his back paw toe. They did surgery and amputated his toe and caught it before it spread to his entire paw. I am forever thankful to all the doctors and staff for giving him the best care possible. Just love, love, love Chico Animal Hospital!

I spent a long time looking for a good veterinary clinic and I found the best! When I get another pet I know where I will be going. The vets and staff treated not only myself but my pets with respect and caring they needed. I can never thank you enough.
They are amazing they helped us find Oscar our kitten. They were so keep helpful during the adoption and made it enjoyable. Oscar is doing so good he loves his new home and we love him!!! :)

I would give more stars if there were more to give. I have been going here 11.5 years and had the best service/experience the entire time. My dog didn't like many people but loved all of them even till the end when he had to go through so much. We just my Max down last week and Dr Prather was so kind. If there were more people in this world like all of them we could always smile. Thank you all at Chico Animal Hospital for your care.
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! It is the only way I can describe the gang at Chico Animal Hospital. Our Lab, Gus, loves it there. And he gives them a run for the money. The staff is great, Dr. Callen is great. I don't know what else to say. Kudos to you guys Rich Wills
