WARNING: Horrible customer service and poor skills. Instead of taking off my gel nail polish with acetone, they used the electric file which damaged my healthy nails. My nails are now weak and brittle. I would never go back and/or recommend this place to anyone. Also, I wasn't even given a menu to select a mani treatment and was denied a French mani when I requested it.

I first want to begin by saying I had the best nail tech, Thao. She took her time, was extremely sweet, and did a wonderful job. I highly highly recommend her. I went in for SNS yesterday, a service that cost $50. I asked for cuticle work and I was told that would be an extra $10, no problem. Upon paying, I was told it was $70. I was under the impression it would be $60. First time I went here they said they don’t do acrylics… that was fine. Second time I went for a pedicure and they told me they were too busy and couldn’t get me in. It was legit only ONE person in a chair and two employees servicing her. I just had to walk out & won’t be returning
