We all had dinner there along with helping others at the same time. The food & service was good.We all will be back again.It's family friendly as well.
My cousins from South Jersey took me to this spot because it was the original spot and because I have been dying for the crab fries! They do not have anything like this up in North Jerz. I can't wait to go back!!
Waitress came took our order and food never came after we got our fries and drink. Fries were also cold. Never saw waitress again that night. My son was in tears. They gave us the food for free to go and some Philly soul tickets.
Well I read some of these reviews and I'm shocked - I really love the original one - lived around the corner from them when it was just a bar and the had a deli at Charles and robbbins - our recent visit on Wednesday 5/31/17 was awesome - no delays - everything was hot and delicious - we've been to quite a few locations and have been happy every time - although the original is my favorite - I guess a bit nostalgic I am - so many memories - keep up the awesome job -
Food was ok. Soup was lukewarm but tasty. Atmosphere was not good on this night. There was a party of drunk adults who had 4 or 5 kids under the age of 5 and they were letting them run everywhere and It's not a roomy place. The kids and adults were very loud. The kids were in and out of the bathroom several times unsupervised. Staff did nothing to educate these people. Just kept serving them drinks.
