RecommendedI took my boys tonight and we had an amazing dinner! Our favorites were the ribs and the potatoes that were to die for!!! Such a classic place with great food. Did I mention the potatoes?
You could deliver my order when I pay not wait half an hour only for them to find in under the counter. It was cold by the time I was handed the food. They only found it when I told them I wanted my money back.
Avoid this location!!! Last week waited on hold 5 minutes 42 seconds before I hung up and called back. Last night decided not to hang up and see how long it took. Walked in and was still on hold until I asked them if they had someone on hold. The guy looked down and said ahhh, yes we do. Told them it was me and I had been on hold 14 minutes and 42 seconds and the girl (there was only one girl working) that put me on hold was standing at the counter with her back to the customers doing nothing. Very fresh, fast, and delicious! I recommend this, but I just wish we had one in Auburn hills.
Service and food was great! Three guys working today were very friendly and probably some of the best customer service I have ever had.
Food great, service sucks as per usual. Placed a party order, paid in full day before, they called to confirm still 30 min late.
