Staff is rude as hell, food comes out slow because they’re all talking trash about their coworkers
Good quality fried chicken
Food was good and made in a timely manner. However, when a customer comes to pick up their food after ordering, it's typically good practice for someone- ANYONE on staff to acknowledge said customer standing at the counter in some way, not simply stare at them blankly [looking at you, girl with dyed red hair] nor ignore them altogether. A simple "your order is not ready yet" without the customer having to ask [like I did] makes a world of difference.
