The same lazy servers that were there when it was IHOP...almost the very same menu....the staff ACTED like they were doing us a favor....food cold n boring.

Ate breakfast there this morning. We ordered Southern Comfort and Seniors Pancake breakfast with coffee. Great price under $20. Both meals were cooked as ordered, tastes great. The building is extremely clean and the bright new decor is eye pleasing. The staff is attentive, friendly our server was Kristina. The music was at a good low background level so you can have a verbal conversation. Side note: unlike the old IHOP no flies or nasty carpet. WE WILL BE BACK!
