I will not go back to this location. My kid likes the skin and they wanted to charge me $2.00 for the chicken skin, whrn they actually just throw it away. Also they over charged me, when i asked why, the guy said the menu has old prices. I am done with businesses trying to take advantage of customers, I am done!
I am a regular at this chicken kitchen location and have to say without fail the service level provided to all customers by Priscilla Gutierrez and Silvio Gomez is outstanding. They are always attentive, polite and friendly. They keep the serving area very clean and expedite the ordering process. Truly excellent customer service
Flavors are usually good at most locations, this one fell short. This location was not so clean. I got it deluxe chop chop and when they were cutting my chicken, I asked them to leave the skin on as they peeled it off. They told me it would be an additional fee for the same chicken! That’s ridiculous
I feel upset. I made a call for catering today to pick it up around 9:45 pm. A male voice answered, and everything was fine until they hung up. I couldn't place my order at the store that was closest to me.
