I tried ordering through the drive through last Saturday 1/17 probably around 4:45 and whoever was taking my order had absolutely no customer service skills and was extremely rude and hateful I asked for extra gravy and she was like IT ALREADY comes with GRAVY!! was rude the entire order and I told her I know I want to buy an extra one! And then at the end of the order she sighed and scuffed and told me my total didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I drove off and ate elsewhere that was completely uncalled for.
Went in tonight with all of our hungry kiddos after wrestling practice - service was AMAZING! Food was delicious as it usually is! Would give them a 10 if 5 wasn't the limit! Thanks for saving dinner tonight Chicken Express! :)
A good place to eat
After a 36-hour shift responding to a traumatic mass casualty event, I stopped to grab a quick meal. An older lady noticed my uniform and kindly offered to pay for my dinner. I politely declined, but the store manager then came over and said the meal was on her personally. That small gesture meant the world to me—it brought tears to my eyes knowing how much support my team and I have.
