Had purchased two gallons of sweet tea and one was bad, which I have never had happened. They exchanged it for me with no problem at all. I said I would take two more gallons (They’re 2 for $6) and an extra large sweet tea. I went to pay and I was told don’t worry about it, it’s the least we can do. Wow! Great customer service at my favorite Chicken Express!! Thank you for caring about your customers. 😊
The rolls we ate yesterday were too dry, but at least the chicken was good.
My son only eats chicken express and peanut butter sandwiches so we get CE a lot weekly. We cannot eat here anymore because they have added spicy to their menu and must cook it in the same grease because he keeps saying it’s hot. Going to see if Collins CE has the same issue. No way going to the one by Arlington High because the chicken is skinny and old grease. This 6 year old kid needs to eat something else because CE is getting too difficult. We are on our 4th year of eating only CE
They TOTALLY screwed up our order then when I called the store and spoke with the manager, she was not willing to adequately correct the situation and was rude. I asked for the corporate office number. She gave me the phone number to some guy named Josh who claimed to be somebody high up and I left a voicemail with my phone number. Never even got a return call back. I'm very embarrassed for this store, management, upper management, and the complete lack of any kind of accountability or customer loyalty. It's pretty pathetic.
Best fried chicken tenders in Arlington. Great value. Great service. Always hot and fresh. The best sweet tea around.
