Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Staff was clueless, tea tasted like dirty water and was not sweet at all. After tasting my drink and going inside to ask for sweet tea the staff argued and said it was sweet hesitated to replace my drinks. Service was not what it used to be and we will not be going back to that location.

My chicken was not cooked all the way through�. I literally vomited.� I also tried the chocolate chip cookies for the first time, they were gross. Not sure how you OVER cooked cookies and UNDER cooked your chicken. But I won't be back. Yall trying to kill people with raw poultry �������
Had purchased two gallons of sweet tea and one was bad, which I have never had happened. They exchanged it for me with no problem at all. I said I would take two more gallons (They’re 2 for $6) and an extra large sweet tea. I went to pay and I was told don’t worry about it, it’s the least we can do. Wow! Great customer service at my favorite Chicken Express!! Thank you for caring about your customers. 😊
They TOTALLY screwed up our order then when I called the store and spoke with the manager, she was not willing to adequately correct the situation and was rude. I asked for the corporate office number. She gave me the phone number to some guy named Josh who claimed to be somebody high up and I left a voicemail with my phone number. Never even got a return call back. I'm very embarrassed for this store, management, upper management, and the complete lack of any kind of accountability or customer loyalty. It's pretty pathetic.
