Long wait. A very friendly guy when we came in. He was sincere about greeting people and I was very pleased with his kindness.
Took over an hour for my spouse to be admitted to the floor and the whole time that we were waiting, we were left in a room with an ac on full blast while it’s already 50 degrees outside. They need to learn a little more about patient comfort, didn’t come here to get more sick because they wanted to stick us in a room that’s colder than it is outside.
