These people at appointments are so rude and incompetent. They hung up on me twice and then claimed that they didn’t and then threatened to cancel my appt with my doctor for saying so…
We really appreciate this satellite office of Memorial, located only 4 miles from home. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My son and I both see William (Andy) Simpson. He is so patient and kind to listen and help with the health issues we have. I highly recommend this office.
I love our CHI in Trenton, GA. But during after hours you are out of luck! The answering service sent us to Adam at the Chickamauga office. He didn't call my mother back. She called and was told that the answering service would page him. An hour later, Mom called again. Answering service said they'd page him again. It's been another hour. He could have at least called Mom and told her he couldn't help her. (She has shingles and the pain is unimaginable!!) She's already been to the er twice with this bout of it.
