I saw the nurse practitioner, Andy, I was very satisfied. He took time to answer my questions and explained everything. The office staff is awesome and the girls who work in the lab are great.
Andy Simpson is a GREAT doctor! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and doesn’t ignore your concerns and the lady at the front window is so friendly. I’m really happy with him.
The NP here dismissed me with a letter in the mail and I had not been there that long yet. The letter stated things that were untrue. I have proof. Also have an issue he was trying to fix and left it unfixed and let me go. I'm still struggling with it and am shocked there's a provider there like that. I called several times after feeling worse to try to get in earlier several times and they said he doesn't do work ins or walk ins even when there is an issue.
