Always professional curteous care.
They denied a family member a temporary prescription refill to fill the gap in medication prior to the appointment. Argumentative and punitive tone from their staff when attempting to set the appointment and continue the medication until it could be reviewed/renewed. No thanks. There are better options out there. You'll find their office to be run-down, with various printed lists posted that say, "we WON'T do this, we WON'T do that..." a far cry from customer-driven healthcare options.
