Just left dining in, food was good but dining room filthy! Went into restroom, have never been into any Chick Fil A with a restroom that dirty. Two stalls with no toilet paper. When leaving restaurant noticed glass door covered in handprints. Was not that busy, obviously lacking management at this location.
RecommendedThis is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can.We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me about the AM manager at this location. I don't believe she represents Chickfila in the way they want to be represented.
My experience this time much better than my last which one could only describe as ridiculous!!!
Went to this location today during the monsoon of 2019. My sweet girlfriend goes in to get us both some chicken nuggets. As she’s running out of the door on her way to the car in the pouring rain the bag rips open and plop goes all our beloved chicken. I went back in with full intentions on just purchasing another meal. The young lady at the counter expressed true sorrow as she could feel the unfortunate circumstance we had just undergone.
