Customer service from management was lacking. The rest of the staff worked hard to compensate for managements lack of customer concern.
Was at AI DuPont Hospital early Tuesday morning 7.18.17 with my sickly special need daughter Jyuan, and did not want to leave her side until she was out of the ER in a room and sleeping. I did. I then flew to our Bear location but got their @ 10:03 pm. The warm young lady told me to pull up at her window after I told her my story, she took my 12 nuggets and small fries order, plus gave me a free sandwich and large fries for the next day at the hospital. We were there tonite for Cow Appreciation Day. It was very busy, but they sure moved everyone through and were very polite as usual. Had a nice conversation with Barb (the Mgr. I think). She admired my cow shirt, cow phone case etc. she had a nice cow shirt on too!
