The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and the waiting/ordering area was clean. And the food was hot!
They're the best when I eat in, I don't have to worry about refills, when I get to go, they make sure everything is right with my order... they're the greatest

I have to agree with the other post from last month on the bad service. So many workers behind the counter running like chickens with their heads cut off. I was given the wrong order in the drive thru. Got back to work and discovered their mistake so I called them to make it right. Manager found my receipt and said she was crediting my bank account. Month later, no refund. My husband has been check with the bank weekly. Sad to say, I'm dissillusioned with CFA now.
I went to the Bear Chick fil A yesterday and they couldn't have been nicer! I asked them to put the fries in a separate bag due to gluten---and the person who gave me my food said-didn't you order a gluten free bun? I said-good catch! But the sandwich was for my husband, the fries for me :) I love CFA and they are on top of it! Thanks for looking out for me CFA Bear!
