RecommendedWe are frequent customers to this location. They have always been very friendly, professional, and crazy fast. The food is always hot and fresh and the orders are always correct with more than enough sauces. When we go inside, it’s always clean. We always feel so welcome there.
I go out of my way to dine at Chick-fil-A Monkey Junction. The food is hot and timely, the employees and management are warm and welcoming, and I really enjoy the beautiful touches of seasonal decor inside and out!
Always out of things, people there NEVER smile, subpar customer service. Managers don’t seem to care if customers are satisfied 🤷♀️ Chickfila Oleander is WAYYY better

Terrible service. Had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru tonight. For 4 meals I only recieved 4 sauces and half the meals weren't even what was ordered. Definitely not the first time this has happened and never had this issue at any other of their stores.
I was dining in with my family. I chose not to make a scene that night. But even 3 days later it still upset me they basically called me a criminal when the error was them. The staff forgot all my fries with the order. Took 3 chances to correct, but waited until the 3rd try to ask for the receipt like I was trying to get extra or free fries, like I was a common criminal.
