Absolutely by far my favorite chickfila to go to. They staff is all so kind and amazing! I eat here at least 10 times a month, and always have the best service. If I encounter a problem which has probably only ever happened a few times, it gets taken care of immediately and with a smile. Thanks for all your hard work to make your customers happy!
Unfortunately I had a very sarcastic male taking my order in the drive through which caused me to cancel my order. It was very disappointing expecially because I was looking forward to eating there all day...however they addressed the situation right away and have gone the extra mile to assure that the situation has been fixed and also explained to me the misunderstandings that occurred. Very respectable place of business and I recommend this place to everyone who passes by Monkey Junction.
I love the staff there ,so much nicer, and they really care for their customers!
I usually hate drive-thrus, but the folks at the MJunction Chick fil-A drive thru are so NICE. They actually smile and tell me to have a nice day. And THANK YOU for having a clear speaker at your drive thru. My hearing isn't the greatest and it helps a lot.
Took advantage of this free coffee thing at Chick-fil-A at Monkey Junction today. The service and staff are always great here, but this was the first time I had the coffee. It's delicious and free through the end of February! You have to be crazy not to take advantage of that. PS - You don't even have to do a silly dance to get said free coffee!
