I was lucky enough to be there this evening and hear the managers tell the new employees why they are at CFA. Why they represent the Brand and why it’s important to endure each customer has a great experience. From how the bags are folded for take out orders to how the dress and greet guests. I think these new hires will appreciate the time taken and will be successful in their new endeavors.

Where it all started for Chick Fil A in 1946!
Since their remodel, I have never visited this location that I didn't have an issue. the customer service is not Chick-fil-A quality, they mess up on the food, they run out of things that do not make any sense for them to run out of, their managers do not resolve issues. FED UP!
