They can never get me nor my moms order correct. I ordered a tortilla soup and received a chicken noodle. Good thing it was a coupon and I didn’t pay for it
Slow service has become the norm at this location but this past Saturday, they took it to a whole new level. After waiting twenty minutes to get to the window in the drive thru, I was parked. Why I was parked for a chicken biscuit and chicken minis, I cannot comprehend. I was told to park on the other side of the building because there were too many people parked. Don’t go there with an immediate appetite. They’re EXTREMELY slow!!
I will either order thru the app or drive thru and they always mess up my order and or give me no condiments and when I ask for them I get an attitude from everyone. ive complained to management and they never do anything nor offer to help in anyway.
I usually enjoy this location but came inside to order a gallon of tea and a bag of ice and literally waited over 10 minutes meanwhile this is what the girl was doing while I’m just waiting in my order
This is a medium waffle fry. I’m very upset. Not to mention, it happens often and today, I’ve had enough. I thought some had fell out. And nope. This is just ridiculous. Yes, I’m on my way back for a fresh, large waffle fry. It’s the least they can do.
So had a meeting on this side of town... I'm hungry and you can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A Right? WRONG!!! Not only did I wait 10 minutes to be seated while the sever carried on a conversation with the other server about some boy my Chicken sandwich was cold with no pickles...Mac and cheese wasn't baked, greens cold and tasted old...no silverware and took almost 15 mins to place order and another 15 to get it to my table...I really hate eating out...
Y’all have gotta step it up. This location absolutely has blown for the past two maybe three months.
