They let you wait in a trapped line for breakfast and then tell you sorry after you've waited in line for 20 minutes. Very unorganized this location, rude !
I went to the chick fil a on union because its close to the hospital. I went around 9 30 waited in line and paid $13 for my order, just to get all the way back to the hospital and they left out one of my sandwiches. I had to go back to my car (and half way there they finally answered the phone on the 3rd try) they tell me breakfast is over and they cant replace my sandwich until tomorrow
Great coffee, quick service, followup on your order and pleasant attractive atmosphere. Clean up area was quickly addressed. The staff was warm and responsive to your order.
Fast service, pleasant employees and an indoor playground for the kids.
