My sons love this chain restaurant. This was our first visit in Canada after several times in the US. This location is inside the WEM mall's food court. Staff were nice and helpful and same as other Chick_Fill_A the key point is great customer services. Food was delicious and well cooked.
What an amazing experience from start to finish! The employee that took our order was top-notch as well as Katie, who came into the food court and asked us how our meal was and if we needed refills on anything. I’ve never experienced such top-notch customer service!
Our first time to a Chick Fil A and it was not only delicious but the table service was amazing. They came by our table a number of times to offer free refills, check in on our condiments and offered to get anything we needed. Jalak exceeded our expectations. We will be back!
