I’ve had great experiences here. The staff is always very kind, the line moves quickly, and the food is always great quality. While at times there have been issues (such as with an item being forgotten, or a long wait time to be served), the staff has tried to be proactive in making things right.
I have been to many chick fil a’s in Toronto and this one might have to be my favourite. The food ALWAYS hits, the staff are always so kind and I’ve had a couple bad experiences where I was waiting for my food for a long time and where someone took my food but they gave me this coupon that you can use at this specific location and it honestly is so good. The manager even came out to me once and apologized!
I’m at chick-fil-a today at Scarborough Town Centre location. First time been to this fast food chain restaurant. I ordered the potato fries only today. The staff Julian on the floor served me with hand wipes and napkins. He also asked if my kids want a toy hat thing. Today I got a free drink it’s July’s promotion.
