I’m tired of every time that I use the mobile app at the Brentwood location that either it doesn’t work, and I have to wait, or the staff takes forever with giving me my order. I thought the purpose behind the app was to save the customer time. I’ve never had this problem at the Hermitage restaurant. They’ve always given me my mobile order within a minute of waking into the restaurant.

I usually don't go to this location but it's down the street from my job so I decided to try it. The service was fast inside but a lady named Dee Dee, that checked me out at the register, was not friendly at all. :( Maybe she was having a bad day but I wasn't expecting that to start my morning off.

They are so fast and kind and everyone is always helpful and smilIng . Never had a problem there . Will go back
It was very busy yesterday but everyone working was super helpful and the line moved quickly. We got our food and it was hot and yummy.
Chick-fil-A tastes so good! A vendor brought by a tray of their little minis yesterday morning to the office. They were delicious!! What a great marketing idea. I’m just mad I didn’t think of it myself. �
This location is amazing.. Love the staff! My favorite 2 locations, Brentwood and South Franklin CHICK-FIL-A!
