We’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A but for now- we are not coming to your restaurant in the future. For the second time, my husband told the attendant he is a veteran. For the second time your attendant asked to see proof. My husband showed his card and for what? To prove he’s not telling a lie? Your guy didn’t even look at the card. After waiting in line forever. We got home with these sorry excuses as medium and large fries. So disappointed.
I have ordered a spicy hashbrown bowl almost everyday for breakfast for the last month and for the last 3 orders they always have forgotten the jalapeno salso which is the on;y reason I get the bowl. I cant blame doordash because you guys tape the bags shut without actually looking to see if the correct things are in there.

All of a sudden there is a bizarre “policy” where I can’t get a half sprite/half hi-c drink. Charged me for it and let me order it. Have me sit in line 40 minutes and the refuse to make it at the window. Gave me diet lemonade instead of regular and then tried to give me two milks instead of a coke. Slow service. Terrible customer service. Worst CFA of all time. Edwin is a terrible manager.
