I go to Chick-fil-A because I don’t have to worry about my orders being wrong because usually the attention to detail and customer service sets them apart. However, fir this location that has not been the case. At first I thought it was a random 1 off (we’re all human) but at this point incorrect orders and missing sauces etc has been the norm. its not so much my experience here, its the owner, she wasnt very concerned with fixing my problem that THEY MESSED UP in an expedited time frame! very inconsiderate & i HATE franchises for that reason alone

It's. It ally pretty good but I have received the wrong salad a few times or the wrong dressing /toppings. But today was the worst of their mistakes. I will go to this location a couple of times a week to get a salad.. I like the Spicy Soithwest salad and the Cobb salad.. but the other salad with fruit and blue cheese.. not so much.
