I got a 12 nugget meal (see the receipt-2:13pm), and this is what came in the box. I called the store and the “manager” told me I must have called the wrong location because they stopped serving breakfast at 7am. Don’t go to this store, they do not uphold Chick-fil-a’s values or customer service.
RecommendedWe came today to do a CFA picnic with my RN husband at Medical City LC right down the road from y’all. Carolyn in the window at 1330 was so kind and helpful! We got our order quickly as usual and our lunch was delicious and a refreshment for our favorite exhausted ER nurse! Thank y’all!
Horrible! One lane to order food, going around and around in circles is ridiculous! I will NEVER visit this location ever again!!!

Of all the locations I have visited this is by far my least favorite. It consistently provides inferior customer service and seem to be forgetful when it comes to providing sauces. Slow service compared to other locations. Sucks because I am a red member and this is the closest location to our house. Silver lining due to the frustration and service issues we have ventured off to try new places and found a couple keepers.
My order was wrong and they charge me the wrong amount also
