Every time I order a “large” fry I get a medium in a large box.
Wait 5 minutes or longer (if you don’t break down and beg) for drink refills. The trash cans are located in very poor locations (very inconvenient for elderly and families with small children to walk across the store to find a trash can.) Playplace is dirty. The staff is not overly friendly as is typically in most Chick-fil-A’s. Tables are typically crumby and dirty. 😟 Not our favorite place to visit in Danville (and we love Chick-fil-A).

Huge thank you to Nate and Adam for helping us out last weekend when our car battery died. We have van picnics because we have a child with autism that is a little uncomfortable inside a restaurant. We eat, listen to the radio and watch cars go by. When we were done eating, I couldn't get the van to crank. My husband went in to see if anyone had any jumper cables. Thankfully Nate had some! Great food, and always fast, friendly service!
The people working here today can’t get the orders right at the drive thru because they are hard of hearing, Asian, and they can’t pronounce people’s names like Sam, Eric, Chris, Doug, etc. I told them people working the drive thru multiple times I would like a Dr Pepper and mayonnaise for my chicken biscuit. How hard is it to get an order right for a # 1 chicken biscuit combo people!!!!!!!
During my visit at this establishment me and several Marines stopped to get food. We requested the hero’s discount and were told it was only for police officers. We were in full Dress blue bravos. We still ordered and our cashier was very confused and I’m sure it wasn’t her pleasure.👍🏾 Our fries were too salty and soggy.
The new drive thru set up is not fast or easy to use. Three cars passed me during the ordering process.
