During this trying time of corona virus, the staff are AMAZING.. The guys that are directing traffic, Wow, staff taking our order, those that come and get our money, bring us change, to the people that bring us our order. AMAZING! Every time I have went to this restaurant in the last few weeks the drive thru line is completely packed! It’s no problem because they have this down to a science! It only takes a few minutes to get your food and it’s hot and delicious! Great job Chick-fil-A Riverside!

Drive thru was extremely busy with cars lined completely around the building and still took less than 10 minutes! Always great customer service and have never had to check my order to make sure everything was there!
These ladies and gentlemen do an amazing job, the staff is always smiling and they are always polite, no bad attitudes ever. Even with all the craziness going Around they r still kicking butt. I wish the other so called fast food places would take note and know what real customer service looks like. Keep up the good work. And thank u
