The lady at the counter was very rude and used foul language. We have 5 year old twins and a 10 year old. We were taking our time,Trying to get what all the kids wanted. With a lady saying I can help you...Well I didn’t hear her as I was talking to the kids. So after we got the order straight we step up to another line. Stopped at Chick-Fil-A on Mills Civic today for a quick lunch (and to get out of the monsoon)... The manager was escorting people from their cars into the restaurant with a giant umbrella! No joke waiting for cars to park, running out in the pouring rain and escorting customers one by one. Their food is always great but this went above and beyond customer service! Kudos Chick-Fil-A! ☔️
