I loved it until they put in the drive-through enclosure. I have a SUV and I can barely get through. All the built-in sensors start going off, I have to fold in my mirrors, it's ridiculously tight. I asked why and they explained that the city would not let them make it any larger. My opinion is that they shouldn't have done it. The manager suggested that I order online and go inside to pick up, that's definitely not as convenient as a drive-through. I'm sorry but I'm voting BIG mistake.

Ms. Howe - Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. The drive-thru enclosure's intent is to protect our guests and team members from the elements. (Being in Iowa, you know how crazy Iowa weather can be.) We do realize it can be narrow for some vehicles. Please know we're currently in the process of working with the appropriate teams to determine what can be done to alleviate the issue. We will do our best to keep guests updated on our progress.
First time in several years that I have been to Chick-fil-A, there are not many by where we live. It was fantastic! Friendly staff and treated us very well. It was my daughters and husbands first time here and they loved it. Food was fantastic and I'm giving this place 2 thumbs up.
