Great food, clean restaurant, kind and considerate workers.
I love everything about chicken. It's always one the first places I go to when I get back to US. Every time I've been at the Lancaster Chick-Fil-A the service has been awesome, everything is clean, and the food is hot and fresh. I sadly only recently discovered that they also make THE best milkshakes. So that is now added to my "must have at Chick-Fil-A" list. :) You guys are awesome - keep it up!
I stop once or twice a week during the day. Always amazing service and the best customer service I've ever seen. I've been to the harrisburg location and received the total opposite. U guys rock and please keep doing what ur doing, always a great meal and the upmost attention to detail. And awesome environment.
Awesome customer service. Makes a huge difference coming from Jersey. Very friendly but probably just because I'm white and I left before they closed. You know, like you should. They called the police because they don't want to walk to their cars at 11pm with strangers hanging around. But of course it's always about race. You want racism to stop then stop promoting it. You can simply say you were displeased and explain the situation without adding race at all. So they get a few "1" stars because you assume they are racist...
