I just left Chick-fil-A after picking up a chicken nugget tray for my daughter's birthday party. I had to wait a little so they could finish counting the nuggets out and I received a drink on the house for having to wait. They were fully staffed no one looked frustrated they were slammed. Very friendly customer service! This is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A! The hospitality is amazing!
