I ordered a large vanilla shake but what I got was a large cookies and cream shake. The shake was for my boyfriend who happens to be allergic to chocolate. He drank half of his shake on the drive home in the dark. He is currently suffering a huge migraine due to the mix up. This is the first time having an issue.
Amazing prep for orders, payment, and pick-up. Got thru looong line quickly.

We had a late Chick-fil-A lunch last Saturday (May 10, 2 PM). The line of cars was wrapped around the building and spilling out into the street. I don't know how long before we picked up our order, but it didn't seem like any time at all. As I handed my credit card to one young lady, another simultaneously handed us our food. Your staff is very friendly and super well organized. Of course, the food, as always, was great!
I love the food. I love the people. Lori is fantastic. Very clean place and everyone is so nice. They love and support our military which makes me even love them more. Thank you Chick-fil-A for not forgetting about us Veterans! A+++ service

Love this chick-fil-A! Always clean, kind and courteous service, consistently good food. Can get super packed at dinner time. Try to go in off hours, late breakfast or early dinner.
