Workers are polite like those workers for McDonalds on TV (even when in reality they're a bunch of rude teenagers). They probably rarely mess up any orders. The sandwhiches look fresh and not just put together by a kindergartener learning what a pattern is. They don't look at you nasty when you ask for an extra sauce, and they are willing to bring the food to you at your table. What a "pleasure" to have Chick-Fil-A here in Lancaster. �
