Good food and fun place to work at. Cool people and good customer service
Always the best quality food, service and cleanliness! It's the only place we eat when we go to the Layton Hills Mall!
Usually I like chick fil a. Great food and great service. However today was a different story! My daughter paid 20 dollars for her 6 dollar meal and didn't get change back. When she went up to tell the, by policy they count the register. They were 3 dollars over so gave her the 3 dollars. They employee claims she already handed 10 dollars to my daughter at her table when she remembered but my daughter never saw the money. So we came into the mall today to order some food and seen at 1120am a girl comes into the mall goes straight to chick fil a with her Cat and the employees goes straight there petting the cat and we only seen 1 employee wash their hands afterwards the rest went back to doing their job without washing their hands. That's disgusting knowing people are going to be eating there while they all touched a cat. I feel bad for the anyone who will be having lunch there without knowing what the employees did.
They have a great staff/management, Always super Friendly and never a long wait for your food. It makes such a big difference to feel that they genuinely appreciate you being a customer and take pride in the food they serve at this location. It's unfortunate that the other Layton store on Antelope, does not treat their customers the same way.... they sure could learn a thing or two from y'all!
