I was in Friday, my app was scanned for cookie. They had ran out, managers resolution was to write next time on my receipt. poor customer service.
My grandson "5", made his first credit card purchase. He stepped up to the counter and told the clerk what he wanted and she was so friendly and kind to him! Then he held out my credit card, I was sitting in the eating area, she looked over at me, gave her the ok, she showed him how to scan the card, hand him his receipt... He waited for his food, then came back to the table and sat down without saying a word. But you could see his little soul was beaming. Thanks Chick fil a for having awesome employees!
I went here today with my family, and experienced great service! I love chick-fil-a, and this place proves why. While we were eating, one of the employees came around and asked if she could get us anything. She offered free refills, and anything else we might need. I love that they take care of their customers like this! Great food, great service!
On my lunch break, after an exhausting morning, I went to Chick fil a and asked for a large Diet Coke. I asked if they had an extra large, because, I said "it's just that kind of day". She said no, they don't have an extra large, but seemed to see my stress and exhaustion. She handed me my large Diet Coke and said, this one is on the house. I was shocked, amazed, grateful, but also concerned that she could get in trouble. She said it was ok, they are allowed do that once in a while in certain circumstances.
